- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and online presence.
- Make timely payments for the Services as outlined in the Agreement.
- Inform us of any significant changes to your business or website that may impact the Services.
3. Fees and Payment
The fees for our Services will be as outlined in the Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Payment terms will be detailed in the Agreement, including the payment schedule and accepted payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
4. Term and Termination
The term of our engagement will be specified in the Agreement. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms or the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within [Number] days of receiving written notice. SEO is an ongoing process that is influenced by various factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and market changes. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to us under the Agreement in the [Number] months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
